Magnesium Malate has Health Benefits.
Magnesium offers many health benefits. It is an anti-inflammatory and can fight depression. Although magnesium is difficult to absorb, it is easier to absorb when it is bound to a salt.

Studies on animals indicate magnesium malate might have a higher bioavailability than the other forms.
